| I have recently assumed the duties of the manager of the "The White River Apartments" located north of Indianapolis. While the "White River" is in a great building, this place needs some work with the "big ticket" item being major repairs to the "hot tar"/flat roof. That being said, while I realize I won't be able to have any roofing work completed until spring or summer, I would like to begin the process of "screening" Indianapolis roofing contractors. These folks will definitely need to be licensed and bonded and must demonstrate the capabilities of completing a commercial job in a cost-effective manner. So, if anyone has a suggestion for a qualified and competent roofing contractor in my area, let me know. Thank you! |

Imagine your home without its roof. You’d be exposed to outside weather among other things! If your roof is in poor condition you risk serious damage to your whole house and all your belongings. Water can seep in, damaging the structure of the roof, walls and ceilings. The problem isn’t going to go away and it might end up being more expensive at a later date. Calling a good Indianapolis Roofing Company before damage is too extensive will be a time and money saver.
