| As the new manager, my "big picture" plans for "The White River Apartments" include a total remodeling of the hallways and entries. For example, I would really like to upgrade the lighting in the halls and put in more "energy efficient" doors and windows at the entries. Consequently, I would like to start contacting competent Indianapolis remodeling contractors to solicit bids and cost estimates to complete the work I have in mind. Due to past issues with contractors, anyone selected for this work will need to be bonded and licensed. So, if anyone within this forum has a suggestion for a remodeling contractor in the Indianapolis area, please let me know. Thank you! |
